<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />GCH:nr <br />3-23-77 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77 -6 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE <br />PUBLIC USE OF THE SITE SELECTED FOR CONSTRUC- <br />TION OF THE FASHION SQUARE PARKING STRUCTURE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Plan of the City of Santa <br />Ana as first amended June 2,1975, Section IV, "Uses Permitted <br />in the Project Area" Subsection G, requires approval by the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana of pub- <br />lic parking uses interspersed with other uses in any area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Conununity Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Santa Ana finds that the parking structure to be constructed <br />in Fashion Square Shopping Center is to be used for public park- <br />ing purposes which shall be interspersed with other uses. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the conununity Rede- <br />velopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves the <br />public use of the site selected in Fashion Square for construc- <br />tion of a public parking facility interspersed with other uses. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />29th <br /> <br />,1977, <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Bricken, Brandt, Ward, Ortiz, Garthe <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Yamamoto <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Evans <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~~¥.~ <br /> <br />Executive Director/Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />/~¿ç;:; <br /> <br />KEITH L.
