<br />. <br /> <br />. <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />GCH/k 2-14-77 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77- 2 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING <br />THE NEW ENVIRONMENTAL RULES OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, 1976 REVISION WITH MODIFI- <br />CATIONS AND REPEALING ENVIRONMENTAL PRO- <br />CEDURES AND REGULATIONS PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED <br />BY THE AGENCY. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Conununity Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. That, pursuant to Section 21082 of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act and Section 15050 of the State <br />EIR Guidelines, the certain document entitled "Environmental <br />Rules of the City of Santa Ana, 1976 Revision," now on file <br />with the Clerk of the Council, and adopted by the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana by Resolution No. 77-4, including <br />future amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by the Conununity <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as its objectives, <br />criteria, and specific procedures consistent with the said <br />Act and Guidelines for the orderly evaluation of projects <br />and the preparation of environmental documents, except as <br />provided hereafter. <br /> <br />2. The following modifications are hereby made <br />to the Environmental Rules of the City of Santa Ana, 1976 <br />Revision, as adopted by this Agency: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Wherever the words "City of Santa Ana" <br />appear, the words "Conununity <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Santa Ana" shall be substituted. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Wherever the words "City Council" <br />appear, the words "Conununity <br />Redevelopment Agency" shall be <br />substituted. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Wherever the word "City" appears <br />the word "Agency" shall be substitued. <br /> <br />In Section 21, entitled Environmental <br />Analyst, where the words "The Director <br />of Planning or any employee within the <br />Planning Department" appear, the words <br />"The Executive Director of the Conununity <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana or any employee within the <br />Conununity Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana," shall be substituted. <br /> <br />3. The procedures for implementation of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the Regulations <br />of the California Resources Agencies previously adopted by <br />the Conununity Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana <br />by Resolution No. 75-4 are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 22nd day of <br />by the following vote:------ <br /> <br />February <br /> <br />, 1977 <br /> <br />{!
