<br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
<br />TRANSPORTATION TO SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE
<br />PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION TO FUND CONSTRUCTION OF A
<br />GRADE SEPARATION AT FOURTH STREET AND THE SANTA FE
<br />RAILROAD TRACKS.
