<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />KLG:ar <br />5/17/78 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-19 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-7 TO INDICATE THE AGENCY'S <br />INTENTION THAT POSSESSION AND USE OF THE <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN SAID RESOLUTION <br />NOT BE TAKEN BEFORE SIX MONTHS THEREAFTER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br />That Resolution No. 78-7 of this Agency, adopted <br />on April 25,1978, is hereby amended, by adding thereto the <br />following paragraph 7. <br /> <br />7. Notwithstanding the provisions of <br />paragraph 6 above, this Agency determines <br />that possession and use of said real property, <br />described in paragraph 2 above, shall not be <br />taken before at least six (6) months from <br />and after the date hereof to permit the <br />present owner and occupier thereof time <br />to attempt to relocate therefrom, <br />and if substantial progress towards such re- <br />location has been made within said period of <br />time (for example, if land has been acquired <br />and plans are being drawn up but have not been <br />completed), so that additional time is re- <br />quired to effect said owner and occupier's <br />removal therefrom, then the Agency will con- <br />sider an extension of the time before which <br />possession and use of said real property will <br />be taken, <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 23rd day of <br />1978, by the following ~ <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />AYES: MEMBERS: Brandt, Evans, Garthe, Ortiz, Ward, Yamamoto <br />NOES: MEMBERS: None <br />ABSENT: MEMBERS: Bricken <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />/~:;~ <br /> <br />KEITH L.
