<br />smaller developments, including new office buildings
<br />and retail stores and rehabilitation of existing struc-
<br />tures. Major rehabilitation of an entire city block in
<br />the central business district was completed in 1977
<br />by First American Title Company. Remodeling costs
<br />exceeded $2,000,000,

<br />These developments provide the principal portion
<br />of the 1977/78 incremental assessed valuation of
<br />$13,239,616 in the Project.

<br />summary of the 1977/78 incremental assessed valu-
<br />ation by assessment roll and class of property.
