<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />KLG:ar <br />10/23/79 <br /> <br />NO. 79-59 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF <br />THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY <br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 79-43, the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana approved and <br />authorized a Participation Agreement between the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and Jones Development Corporation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by motion adopted September 19,1979, the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana <br />adopted a budget therefor and authorized implementation <br />thereof by the Community Redevelopment Commission of the <br />City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br />That the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />execute, on behalf of said Agency, the following Agreement <br />for Acquisition of Real Property: <br /> <br />SELLER: <br /> <br />Marianna Furtek as Conservator <br />for Callie E. Horton, and Marianna <br />Furtek individually and Ardell <br />Blessing individually as co-trustees <br />of the Robert F.
