<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EJC:ar <br />9/25/79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-49 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF <br />THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY <br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 79-43, the Community Redevel- <br />opment Agency of the City of Santa Ana approved and authorized <br />a Participation Agreement between the Community Redevelop- <br />ment Agency and Jones Development Corporation, hereinafter <br />referred to as "said Agreement;" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by motion adopted September 19,1979, the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana <br />adopted a budget and authorized implementation of said Agree- <br />ment by the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City <br />of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevel- <br />opment Commission of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman <br />of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa <br />Ana is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency, <br />the following Agreement for Acquisition of Real Property. <br /> <br />SELLER: <br /> <br />Jack L. Smith, Trustee under <br />the Smith Family Trust, dated <br />October 18, 1968, and the <br />Smith Family Trust, dated <br />December 13, 1973. <br /> <br />ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO.: <br /> <br />005-141-25 <br /> <br />PURCHASE PRICE: <br /> <br />$97,000.00 <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 25th day of <br />1979, by the following vote: <br /> <br />September <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Coil, Godinez, Nalle, Newcomb, Orr <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Hill, <br /> <br />Je""M~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~\..
