EJC:adg 8/15/79 RESOLUTION NO. 79-37 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND AMERICAN NATIONAL PROPERTIES WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency previously entered into that certain agreement entitled "participation Agreement," dated January 15, 1979, with American National properties, hereinafter referred to as "Said Agreement¡" and WHEREAS, said agreement was amended by that certain agreement entitled "First Amendment to participation Agreement," form dated August 11, 1979, whereby a portion of the property described in said agreement as the "Phase I Sales Parcel" may be conveyed to American National Properties¡ and WHEREAS, American National properties desires to enter and begin construction on the portion of said "Phase I Sales Parcel" previously acquired by the Community Redevelopment Agency, prior to the date title to said portion may be conveyed by the Agency. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: The Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to execute that certain "License Agreement" between Agency and American National properties," form dated August 10, 1979, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Secretary of the Agency, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars.
