<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />KLG:ar <br />5/16/79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />79-25 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH STONE & YOUNGBERG MUNICIPAL FINANCING <br />CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR CERTAIN EXPERT FINANCIAL SERVICES. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br />That the chairman of said agency is hereby authorized <br />to execute, on behalf of said agency, that certain "Finan- <br />cial Consultant Agreement," by and between said agency and <br />Stone & Youngberg Municipal Financing Constultants, Inc., a <br />California corporation, wherein said contractor agrees to <br />provide said agency certain studies, analyses, and recommen- <br />dations in regard to the proposed construction of residen- <br />tial housing by private interests within the boundaries of <br />~þe agency's project area.
