BANKUTHY, JR. FOR <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of said <br />Agency is authorized to execute an agreement on behalf of <br />the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana <br />with Kalman F.
