THIRD ST ing of Negative Declaration and <br />CA INSTRUCTED Appeal No. 437 of certain portions <br /> (Section 7.A.la and 7.A.2) of the <br />Planning Commission's conditional approval of Conditional Use Permit 81-1 <br />to allow storage of impounded vehicles at 925 East Third Street. <br /> <br />The Planning Director presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br /> <br />George P. Heidler, Jr., 925 E. Third St., spoke in favor of the appeal. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter.
