<br />.,,~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />9/23/82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-99 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSENTING <br />TO THE ASSIGNMENT OF COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION <br />PROJECT AGREEMENTS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />208 NORTH MAIN STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Barbara Mathewson entered into a <br />.Commercial Rehabilitation Participation Agreement" with the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana for <br />rehabilitation of real property located at 208 North Main <br />Street in the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the Major <br />Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Program carried on by the <br />Agency and Wells Fargo Bank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Barbara Mathewson does now desire to <br />convey said real property to Builders Exchange Associates, a <br />partnership, and to assign and delegate to it all her rights <br />and duties pursuant to the said .Commercial Rehabilitation <br />Participant Agreement" and subsequent agreements and <br />commitments entered into pursuant to the Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Builders Exchange Associates desire to <br />acquire said property and assume the rights and obligations <br />of Barbara Mathewson under said Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Agency does hereby consent to the conveyance <br />of the real property located at 208 North Main Street from <br />Barbara Mathewson to Builders Exchange Associates, and to <br />the assignment and delegation by Barbara Mathewson of all <br />her rights and obligations under that .Commercial <br />Rehabilitation Participation Agreement,. dated February 17, <br />1981, on file in the office of the Executive Director of the <br />Agency, and under all subsequent agreements and commitments <br />entered into pertaining to the rehabilitation of the <br />abovesaid real property, to Builders Exchange Associates. <br /> <br />2.
