ORAL COMMUNICATIONS William Fisher, 940 W. 18th Street, <br />WILLIAM FISHER - expressed his concern about the <br />CLERK INSTRUCTED termination of the renovation <br /> project on the house moved into <br />neighborhood by the Santa Ana Historic Trust. He informed Council that the <br />house was listed for sale in an "as is" condition and is incomplete. <br />Following discussion, by unanimous informal consent, the Clerk was instructed <br />to place this matter on the June 1st agenda. CA 85.1 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Robert Kratky, of the Orange <br />ROBERT KRATKY - OCCDC County Community Development <br />CLERK INSTRUCTED Council, addressed Council, <br /> requesting that continued fund- <br />ing be approved for the Senior Transportation Program which provides <br />transportation to and from three senior citizen facilities. Following dis- <br />cussion, by unanimous informal consent, the Clerk was instructed to <br />agendize this matter for a future Council meeting. NOS. <br />81-79 & 81-80 ADOPTED <br /> <br />The Council recessed to the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency <br />at 7:40 p.m. The Chairman of <br />the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency opened the joint public <br />hearing of the Community <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agency and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana for <br />the proposed sale by the Community Redevelopment Agency to Odelle Marks, <br />Blanche Ann Marks, and Ronald A. Marks of property located at 402 West <br />Fourth Street for the development of rehabilitated commercial/retail <br />office space. <br /> <br />The Assistant City Manager presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />There were no written communications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter.
