Sullivan, <br />SHIRLEY COHEN expressed her concern relative <br /> to funding for the Home Meals <br /> Program for senior citizens. <br />Staff responded that a report on the subject would be available to Council <br />on June 15, 1981. JACKEL City Seal Tile Plaque to Carl J. <br /> Jackel, USMC Ret., in appreciation <br /> for his part in the raising of the <br />Flag at Iwo Jima. Mr. Jackel, now a resident of Santa Ana, thanked Council. <br />Mayor Bricken stated that July 3, 1981 would be proclaimed Carl J.
