<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-44 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF CERTAIN <br />COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT NOTES: APPROVING THE <br />FORM OF AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND <br />DELIVERY OF THE TRUST ÍNDENTURE AND CERTAIN <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, California (the "Agency"), is a public corporation, <br /> <br />duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of <br /> <br />California: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency is authorized to provide permanent <br /> <br />financing for commercial structures which it determines to be <br /> <br />an integral part of a residential neighborhood, all pursuant to <br /> <br />Chapter 8 of Division 1 of Part 24 of the Health & Safety Code; <br />WHEREAS, Stephen L. Philipson (the" Developer") has <br /> <br />constructed a two story office building of approximately 20,000 <br /> <br />square feet located on the site more particularly described in <br /> <br />Exhibit A attached to the Loan Agreement (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency on April 21,1980 adopted its <br /> <br />Resolution No. 80-39 declaring its intent to finance the <br /> <br />Project: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana resolves as follows: <br /> <br />1t-3 <br /> <br />2i\ <br />
