<br />1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REL:ar <br />7/8/82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-43 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSENTING TO THE ASSIGNMENT <br />OF COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROJECT AGREEMENTS FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 116 WEST FOURTH STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, T. Douglas McCulloch and Donna K. McCulloch <br />entered into a "Commercial Rehabilitation Participation <br />Agreement" with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana for rehabilitation of real property located <br />at 116 West Fourth Street in the City of Santa Ana, pursuant <br />to the Major Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Program carried <br />on by the Agency and Wells Fargo Bank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, T. Douglas McCulloch and Donna K. McCulloch <br />do now desire to convey said real property to Jack McCulloch <br />and Joy R. McCulloch, and to assign and delegate to them all <br />their rights and duties pursuant to the said "Commercial <br />Rehabilitation Participant Agreement" and subsequent agree- <br />ments and commitments entered into pursuant to the Program; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch de- <br />sire to acquire said property and assume the rights and <br />obligations of T. Douglas McCulloch and Donna K. McCulloch <br />under said Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Agency does hereby consent to the con- <br />veyance of the real property located at 116 West Fourth <br />Street from T. Douglas McCulloch and Donna K. McCulloch to <br />Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch, and to the assignment <br />and delegation by T. Douglas McCulloch and Donna K. McCulloch <br />of all their rights and obligations under that certain .Com- <br />mercial Rehabilitation Participation Agreement," dated <br />August 17,1981, on file in the office of the Executive <br />Director of the Agency, and under all subsequent agreements <br />and commitments entered into pertaining to the rehabilita- <br />tion of the abovesaid real property, to Jack McCulloch and <br />Joy R.
