<br />REL:adg <br />2/19/82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-22 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RECEIVING THE <br />PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE <br />SANTA ANA INTER CITY COMMUTER STATION <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AND REFERRING <br />THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION FOR REPORT AND <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment <br />Commission has prepared and completed a Redevelopment Plan <br />for the Santa Ana Inter City Commuter Station Redevelopment <br />proj ect; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment <br />Law (Health and Safety Code, Section 33000 et seq.) provides <br />in Section 33356 that prior to a joint public hearing on a <br />redevelopment plan, the proposed plan shall be submitted to <br />the planning commission. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Santa Ana <br />Redevelopment Commission as follows: <br /> <br />The proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana <br />Inter City Commuter Station Redevelopment Project is hereby <br />received by the Commission and referred to the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Santa Ana for report and <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 20th day of <br />1982, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Apr il <br /> <br />AYES: COMMISSIONERS: COIL, JESSEE, KANE, MC LEAN, NALLE <br />NOES: COMMISSIONERS: BURTON <br />ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: NEWCOMB <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Gordon <br />Chairman <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Rex Swanson <br />Executive Director/ <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />'1 <br /> <br />SA <br />
