<br />REL:adg <br />2/19/82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-21 <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RECEIVING THE <br />PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE <br />SANTA ANA SOUTH MAIN STREET REDEVEL- <br />OPMENT PROJECT, AND REFERRING THE <br />PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION FOR REPORT AND <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment <br />Commission has prepared and completed a Redevelopment Plan <br />for the Santa Ana South Main Street Redevelopment Project; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment <br />Law (Health and Safety Code, Section 33000 et seq.) provides <br />in Section 33356 that prior to a joint public hearing on a <br />redevelopment plan, the proposed plan shall be submitted to <br />the planning commission. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Santa Ana <br />Redevelopment Commission as follows: <br /> <br />The proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana <br />South Main Street Redevelopment Project is hereby received <br />by the Commission and referred to the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Santa Ana for report and recommendation. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 20th day of <br />1982, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Apr il <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: COIL, JESSEE, KANE, MC LEAN, NALLE <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: BURTON <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: NEWCOMB <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />R"'~ <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Director/ <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />~ ~ .~ } <br />Gordon F1C ~~ -- <br />Chairman <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~c:zh-- <br /> <br />Agency Legal Counsel <br /> <br />g <br /> <br />3A <br />
