<br />REL:adg <br />3/3/82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-19 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RECEIVING THE <br />PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE <br />SANTA ANA SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD/FAIRVIEW <br />STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AND REFERRING <br />THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION FOR REPORT AND <br />RECOMMENDA TION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment <br />Commission has prepared and completed a Redevelopment Plan <br />for the Santa Ana South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street <br />Redevelopment Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment <br />Law (Health and Safety Code, Section 33000 et seq.) provides <br />in Section 33356 that prior to a joint public hearing on a <br />redevelopment plan, the proposed plan shall be submitted to <br />the planning commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Santa Ana <br />Redevelopment Commission as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana <br />South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street Redevelopment Project <br />is hereby received by the Commission and referred to the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana for report and <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 20th day of <br />1982, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Apr il <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: COIL, JESSEE, KANE, MC LEAN, NALLE <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: BURTON <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: NEWCOMB <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A~ ~. <br />~ - Gorno 8dokoo <br />Cha~rman <br />Rex Swa son <br />Executive Director/ <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />f!~~ ;,~~?-- <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />SA <br />
