<br />REL:adg <br />3/24/82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-17 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE <br />A COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN SUPPLEMENTAL <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND HARRY <br />GREENBERG AND EVELYN GREENBERG <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement <br />entitled "Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Supplemental <br />Agreement, "form dated 3/24/82, between the Agency and Harry <br />Greenberg and Evelyn Greenberg, copies of which are on file <br />in the office of the Executive Director of the Agency and to <br />which reference is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.
