<br />REL:adg <br />3/3/82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-15 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RECEIVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING CIRCULATION OF DRAFT <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE <br />SANTA ANA SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD/ <br />FAIRVIEW STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE <br />OF COMPLETION AND AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment <br />Commission has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report <br />for the Santa Ana South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street <br />Redevelopment Project in accordance with the provisions of <br />the California Environmental Quality Act, the State EIR <br />Guidelines, and the local guidelines and procedures adopted <br />pursuant thereto; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following published notice and Notices of <br />Preparation to responsible public agencies, a community <br />meeting was held on October 30, 1981, for the purpose of <br />determining the scope of actions, alternatives, mitigation <br />measures and significant impacts to be analyzed in the <br />preparation of the Draft EIR. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Santa Ana <br />Community Redevelopment Commission as follows: <br /> <br />The Draft EIR for the Santa Ana South Harbor <br />Boulevard/Fairview Street Redevelopment Project is hereby <br />found by this Commission to be sufficient to permit adequate <br />evaluation and review of the environmental impact of the <br />proposed Project. <br /> <br />The Draft EIR, is hereby received by this <br />Commission as the Commission's Draft EIR for said Project <br />for purposes of circulation for review and comment by public <br />agencies and members of the public. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Executive Director of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby <br />authorized and directed to: <br /> <br />a) File a Notice of Completion with the <br />Secretary of State Resources Agency in accordance with the <br />State EIR Guidelines; <br /> <br />'2..1 <br /> <br />3A <br />
