<br />REL:adg <br />3/3/82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-10 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSENTING <br />TO THE ASSIGNMENT OF COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION <br />PROJECT AGREEMENTS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />108 WEST FOURTH STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch <br />entered into a "Commercial Rehabilitation Participation <br />Agreement" with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana for the rehabilitation of real property <br />located at 108 West Fourth Street in the City of Santa Ana, <br />pursuant to the Major Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Program <br />carried on by the Agency and Wells Fargo Bank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch do <br />now desire to convey said real property to Adolfo Lopez and <br />Janet C. Lopez and to assign and delegate to them all their <br />rights and duties pursuant to the said "Commercial <br />Rehabilitation Participant Agreement" and subsequent <br />agreements and commitments entered into pursuant to the <br />Program; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Adolfo Lopez and Janet C. Lopez desire to <br />acquire said property and assume the rights and obligations <br />of Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch under said <br />Agreement; . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Agency does hereby consent to the <br />conveyance of the real property located at 108 West Fourth <br />Street from Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch to Adolfo <br />Lopez and Janet C. Lopez, and to the assignment and <br />delegation by Jack G. McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch of all <br />their rights and obligations under that certain "Commercial <br />Rehabilitation Participation Agreement," dated August 17, <br />1981, on file in the office of the Executive Director of the <br />Agency, and under all subsequent agreements and commitments <br />entered into pertaining to the rehabilitation of the <br />abovesaid real property, including those set forth in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, to Adolfo Lopez and Janet C. Lopez. <br /> <br />2. The Chairman of the Agency is authorized to <br />execute the Agency's consent to an "Assignment and <br /> <br />A-3Cf <br /> <br />5C <br />
