<br />. <br />~ <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />3/4/82 <br /> <br />-, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-9 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSENTING <br />TO THE ASSIGNMENT OF COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION <br />PROJECT AGREEMENTS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />214-220 WEST FOURTH STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch <br />entered into a .. Commercial Rehabil i tat ion Partic ipa tion <br />Agreement" with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana for the rehabilitation of real property <br />located at 214-220 West Fourth Street in the City of Santa <br />Ana, pursuant to the Major Commercial Rehabilitation Loan <br />Program carried on by the Agency and Wells Fargo Bank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch do <br />now desire to convey said real property to Corporate <br />Developers, a general partnership and to assign and delegate <br />to them all their rights and duties pursuant to the said <br />.. Commercial Rehabil i tation Participant Agreement" and <br />subsequent agreements and commitments entered into pursuant <br />to the Program; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Corporate Developers desires to acquire <br />said property and assume the rights and obligations of Jack <br />McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch under said Agreement;. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. This Agency does hereby consent to the <br />conveyance of the real property located at 214-220 West <br />Fourth Street from Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch to <br />Corporate Developers, and to the assignment and delegation <br />by Jack G. McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch of all their <br />rights and obligations under that certain" Commercial <br />Rehabilitation Participation Agreement," dated August 17, <br />1981, on file in the office of the Executive Director of the <br />Agency, and under all subsequent agreements and commitments <br />entered into pertaining to the rehabilitation of the <br />abovesaid real property, including those set forth in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, to Corporate Developers. <br /> <br />2. The Chairman of the Agency is authorized to <br />execute the Agency's consent to an .. Assignment and <br /> <br />Æ-37 <br /> <br />5B <br />
