<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-39 <br /> <br />REL:jd <br />5/27/82 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE REPORT <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN FOR THE SANTA ANA SOUTH MAIN STREET REDEVELOPMENT <br />PROJECT, SUBMITTING THE REPORT, PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN AND THE RULES GOVERNING PARTICIPATION BY AND <br />PREFERENCES TO OWNERS, OPERATORS OF BUSINESSES AND <br />TENANTS RELATING THERETO TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF.SANTA ANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission of the City <br />of Santa Ana has prepared a proposed Redevelopment plan for <br />the Santa Ana South Main Street Redevelopment Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has submitted the proposed <br />Redevelopment Plan to the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana for its report and recomm~ndation, and the Planning <br />Commission by resolution adopted on 'May 24,1982, reviewed <br />the Redevelopment plan and recommended the approval and <br />adoption of the Redevelopment Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Commission hereby approves and adopts the <br />Report to the City Council on the Santa Ana South Main Street <br />Redevelopment Project, and hereby submits said Report, in <br />conjunction with the proposed Redevelopment Plan and the <br />Rules Governing Participation by and Preferences to Owners, <br />Operators of Businesses and Tenants for the Project to the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 28th day of <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />,1982, by <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: Coil, Kane~,Nalle, Newcomb, <br />McLean <br />COMMISSIONERS: None <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAINED: <br /> <br />COMMISISONERS: 'Burton <br /> <br />cæ"'~', J~ <br />~ V1'~ <br />H N <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Executive Director/ <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO F RM: <br /> <br />
