<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-11 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA WITH RESPECT TO COMMERCIAL FACILITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana (the "City") proposes to <br />lease from the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana (the "Agency") certain commercial facilities to be <br />located on the second and third floors of a building to be <br />used for mass commuting transportation facilities, together <br />with parking and related facilities and property (the "Project") <br />as more fully described in the form of lease presented to <br />this Agency and entitled "Lease Agreement With Respect to <br />Mass Commuting Commercial Facilities", dated for convenience <br />as of June 1, 1983 (the "Lease Agreement")¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed said form of the Lease <br />Agreement and approves the terms thereof¡ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevel- <br />opment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The form of Lease Agreement presented to <br />this Agency IS hereby approved. The Secretary of the Agency <br />is directed to file a copy of said form of Lease Agreement <br />in the office of said Secretary, and the Chairman of the <br />Agency is hereby authorized to execute and the Secretary of <br />the Agency is hereby directed to affix the seal of the Agency <br />to and to attest the Lease Agreement in substantially the <br />form hereby approved or with any changes that hereafter <br />become necessary in the interests of the Agency, or as may <br />be required to consummate the financing of the Project by <br />the Agency. <br /> <br />Section 2. Jones Hall Hill & White, A Professional <br />Law CorporatIon, as special legal counsel to the Agency in <br />connection with the financing of the Project, is hereby <br />authorized to file and prosecute to completion an action in <br />the Orange County Superior Court to determine the validity <br />of the Lease Agreement of the Project by the City pursuant <br />to the Lease Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take effect from <br />and after the date of its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />3B~ <br />
