Padilla. (His last name is Padilla and not Negrete as stated- <br />on the summons.) I would hope you could send someone to the house <br />to explain to him his rights as a tenant because of limited <br />knowledge of the English language, I know he has received all <br />the legal papers, but I believe an explanation in simple words <br />that he may understand, or in his native language, would be help- <br />ful. They have been wonderful tenants and I do not want them <br />frightened by all the legal terminology, <br /> <br />I would request that you expedite the papers as quickly as possible <br />for signature.
