<br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-2 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA HONORING <br />THE ACHIEVEMENTS AND SERVICE OF R. THOMAS MCLEAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, R. Thomas McLean was a leader in Santa Ana's <br />business community, professionally active in downtown Santa Ana <br />for over thirty years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, R. Thomas McLean was deeply dedicated to the <br />social and economic revitalization of Santa Ana's central business <br />district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, R. Thomas McLean offered tireless service to <br />the Santa Ana City Center Association and the Santa Ana Economic <br />Development Corporation toward the goal of bettering the <br />community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, R. Thomas McLean exhibited exemplary leadership <br />and civic responsibility through his service on the Community <br />Redevelopment Commission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />The Community Redevelopment Commission honors the memory <br />and achievements of R.
