<br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />l' <br /> <br />4t <br /> <br />.4 <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />12/10/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-126 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR <br />ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND A LEASE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND <br />MISSIONARIES AT HOME, INC. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Chairman of the Agency is authorized <br />to execute on behalf of the Agency that certain "Agreement <br />for Acqui s i tion of Real Property, II form da ted 12/3/80 <br />between the Agency and Missionaries at Home, Inc., a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the Executive <br />Director of the Agency. <br /> <br />2.
