<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EJC:jd <br />11/10/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 80-119 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN <br />OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION <br />OF REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND LLOYDS BANK <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute <br />on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement entitled "Agreement <br />Between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana and L10yds Bank California" referred to herein as <br />"said agreement," form dated 10/10/80, copies of which are on <br />file in the office of the Executive Director of the Agency <br />and to which reference is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
