<br />REL:adg <br />10/8/80 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-lll-A <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA TO EXECUTE A REVOLVING LOAN AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND DAVID K. FLAHERTY <br />AND LEVA J. FLAHERTY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Commission of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement <br />enti tIed "Revolving Loan Agreement," form dated 10/8/80, <br />between the Agency and David K. Flaherty and Leva J. <br />Flaherty, copies of which are on file in the office of the <br />Executive Director of the Agency and to which reference is <br />hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
