<br />REL:adg <br />9/17/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-108 <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />A SECOND AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AND THE SANTA ANA CITY CENTER <br />ASSOCIATION, INC., FOR SPECIALIZED <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />That the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />execute, on behalf of said Agency, that certain "Second <br />Amendment to Agreement between the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Santa Ana City Center <br />Association, Inc., for Special ized Administrative Serv ices," <br />form dated 9/19/80, a copy of which is on file in the office <br />of the Executive Director of said Agency, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 23rd day of <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />September <br /> <br />,1980, <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Godinez, Hill, Jessee, Kane, Nalle, <br />Newcomb <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Coil <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~Q)~~ <br /> <br />DAVID N.
