<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EJC:ar <br />7/30/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-99 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR BOND <br />COUNSEL SERVICES WITH JONES, HALL, HILL & WHITE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana is considering undertaking certain pro- <br />ceedings for the issuance of commercial development bonds <br />for the Community Redevelopment Project Area of the Agency, <br />and it is desirable to employ bond counsel in connection <br />therewith: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the Agency <br />and Jones, Hall, Hill & White for bond counsel services in <br />connection with comercial development bond proceedings, a <br />copy of which is on file with the Executive Director of the <br />Agency, is hereby approved, and the Chairman is hereby <br />authorized and directed, in the name and on behalf of the <br />Agency, to execute said agreement. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 15th day of September <br />1980, by the following vote: <br /> AYES: MEMBERS: Griset, Luxembourger, Yamamoto <br /> NOES: MEMBERS: Markel <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ABSENT: MEMBERS: <br />ABSTAINED MEMBERS: <br /> <br />Serrato, Bricken <br />Ward <br /> <br />~., ¿;?, - ~'!"' <br />~ <br /> <br />~A rni2PJ{2~ <br />EXECUT DIR TOR <br />RECORDING SECRETARY <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~Y~A~L <br /> <br />7/ <br /> <br />4N <br />
