<br />REL:adg <br />7/16/80 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-94 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A COMMERCIAL <br />REHABILITATION PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND ALL COAST TRADING <br />COMPANY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby <br />authorized to execute that certain agreement entitled <br />"Commercial Rehabilitation Participation Agreement," form <br />dated 7/14/80, between the Agency and All Coast Trading <br />Company, copies of which are on file in the office of the <br />Executive Director of the Agency and to which reference is <br />hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
