AT 210-228 N. BROADWAY, <br />304-314 W. 3RD ST. - APPROVED <br /> <br />MOTION was made by Acosta, <br />seconded by McGuigan, to adopt <br />proposed decision of the Hear- <br />ing Officer in its entirety, <br />which recommends: <br /> <br />The decision of the Director of Building & Safety <br />relative to Class II High Risk Designation of prop- <br />erty located at 210-228 N.
