<br />REL:lg <br />7/17/80 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-83 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO A <br />REVOLVING LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY <br />AND SYLVIA JACKMAN, ET AL <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby <br />authorized to execute that certain agreement entitled <br />"Amendmen t to Revolving Loan Agreemen t, II form da ted <br />July 17, 1980, between the Agency and Sylvia Jackman, <br />et al., copies of which are on file in the office of the <br />Executive Director of the Agency and to which reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.
