The temporary <br />Bonds may be printed, lithographed or typewritten, shall be of such <br />denominations as may be determined by the Agency, shall be without coupons and <br />may contain such reference to any of the provisions of this Resolution and any <br />Supplemental Resolution as may be appropriate. Every temporary Bond shall be <br />executed by the Agency and be issued by the Trustee upon the same conditions <br />and in substantially the same manner as definitive Fully Registered Bonds. If <br />the Agency issues temporary Bonds, it shall execute and furnish definitive <br />Bonds without delay and, thereupon, the. temporary Bonds shall be surrendered <br />for cancellation at the Principal Office of the Trustee and the Trustee shall <br />deliver in exchange for such temporary Bonds an equal aggregate principal <br />amount of either definitive coupon Bonds or dèfinitive Fully Registered Bonds <br />without coupons, or both, of authorized denominations of the same interest <br />rate or rates and maturity or maturities. Until so exchanged, the temporary <br />Bonds shall be entitled to the same benefits under this Resolution as <br />definitive Bonds del ivered pursuant hereto. <br /> <br />215. Bonds Mutilated, Lost, Destroyed or Stolen. If any Bond shall <br />become rrutilated, the Agency, at the expense of the Bondholder, shall execute, <br />and the Trus tee sh all thereupon del iver, a new Bond of 1 ike tenor and number <br />(having annexed appropriate coupons corresponding to those, if any, annexed to <br />the mutilated Bond) in exchange and substitution for the Bond so mutilated, <br />but only upon surrender to the Trustee of the Bond so rrutilated together, in <br />the case of coupon Bonds, with any unpaid coupons appertaining thereto. Every <br />mutilated Bond so surrendered to the Trustee shall be cancelled by it and <br />redelivered to, or upon the order of, the Agency. If any Bond shall be lost, <br />destroyed or stolen, evidence of such loss, pestruction or theft may be <br />submitted to the Agency and the Trustee, and, if such evidence be satisfactory <br />to both and, if any indemnity satisfactory to them both shall be given, the <br />Agency, at .the expense of the Bondholder, shall execute, and the Trustee shall <br />thereupon deliver, a new Bond of like tenor and numbered as the Trustee shall <br />determine (having annexed appropriate coupons corresponding to those, if any, <br />annexed to the lost, destroyed or stolen Bond) in lieu of and in substitution <br />for the Bond so lost, destroyed or stolen. The Trustee may require payment of <br />an appropriate fee for each new Bond issued under this Section and of the <br />expenses which may be incurred by the Agency and the Trustee in the premises. <br />Any Bond or coupon issued under the provisions of this Section in lieu of any <br />Bond or coupon mutilated or alleged to be lost, destroyed or stolen shall be <br />equally and proportionately entitled to the benefits of this Resolution with <br />all other 80nds and coupons secured by this Resolution. Neither the Agency <br />nor the Trustee nor any Paying Agent shall be required to treat both the <br />original Bond and any duplicate Bond as being Outstanding for the purpose of <br />determining the principal amount of Bonds which may be issued hereunder or for <br />the purpose of determining any percentage of Bonds Outstanding hereunder, but <br />both the original and duplicate Bond shall be treated as one and the same. <br /> <br />20 <br />
