<br />402. Optional Redemption at the Election or Oirection of the Agency. <br />In the case of any redemption of Bonds at the election or direction of the <br />Agency, the Agency shall give written notice to the Trustee of its election or <br />direction so to redeem, of the Redemption Date, of the Bonds, and of the <br />principal amounts of the 8onds of each maturity to be redeemed, subject to the <br />limitations with respect thereto contained in this Article IV. Such notice <br />shall be given not more than sixty (60) days nor less than thirty (30) days <br />prior to the Redemption Date or such shorter period as shall be acceptable to <br />the Trustee. In the event notice of redemption shall have been given as <br />provided in Section 405, there shall be credited to the Redemption Fund prior <br />to publication an amount which, in addition to other moneys, if any, available <br />or to be available therefor shall be sufficient to redeem on the Redemption <br />Date at the Redemption Price thereof, plus interest accrued and unpaid to the <br />Redemption Date (which interest shall be transferred from the Interest Account <br />to the Redemption Fund), all of the Bonds to be redeemed. <br /> <br />403. Mandatory Redemption Otherwise Than at Agency's Election or <br />Direction. Whenever, by the terms of this Resolution, the Trustee is required <br />or authorized to redeem Bonds otherwise than at the election or direction of <br />the Agency, the Trustee shan select the Bonds to be redeemed, give the notice <br />of redemption and pay from moneys available therefor the Redemption Price <br />thereof, plus interest accrued and unpaid to the Redemption Date, to the <br />Trustee, if appropriate, and to the appropriate Paying Agents in accordance <br />with the terms of this Article IV. <br /> <br />404. Selection of Bonds of like Maturity for Redemption. If less than <br />all of the Bonds maturing in any particular Bond Year are to be called for <br />redempt ion, the specifi c Bonds or porti ons of Bon ds to be so redeemed shall be <br />selected by the Trustee by lot; provided, however, that the portion of any <br />Fully Registered Bond of a denomination larger than the minimum denomination <br />of Bonds ($5,000) may be redeemed in the principal amount of such minimum <br />denomination or any whole rrultiple thereof, and that for purposes of selection <br />and redemption, any such Fully Registered Bond of a denomination larger than <br />such minimum denomination shall be considered to be that number of separate <br />Bonds of such minimum denomination which is obtained by dividing the principal <br />amount of such Fully Registered Bond by such minimum denomination. <br /> <br />405. Notice of Redemption. When the Trustee shall receive notice <br />pursuant to Section 402, from the Agency of its election or direction to <br />redeem Bonds, or when redemption of Bonds is authorized or required pursuant <br />to Section 403, the Trustee shall give notice, in the name of the Agency, of <br />the redemption of such Bonds. Such notice shall specify: (i) the maturities <br />of the Bonds to be redeemed, (ii) the Redemption Date, (iii) the Redemption <br />Price, (iv) the place or places where the Redemption Price will be payable, <br />(v) if less than all of the Bonds of any maturity are to be redeemed, the <br />letters and numbers or other distinguishing marks of such Bonds so to be <br />redeemed, and (vi) in the case of Fully Registered Bonds to be redeemed in <br />part only, such notice shall also specify the Fully Registered Bond numbers <br />and the respective portions of the principal amounts thereof to be redeemed. <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e' <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br />
