<br />. <br />~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br />, <br /> <br />",.-"...-_v <br /> <br />-,'-,-"'" <br /> <br />Certificate of Pledged Revenues means an Offic~r's Certificate <br />showing as of any particular date: <br /> <br />(1) For the current and each future Bond Year the arrount of <br />scheduled or estimated amount of Revenues to be received in each such Bond <br />Year and the Debt Service for each such Bond Year with respect to all Bonds to <br />be Outstanding immediately after the issuance of the Certificate; <br /> <br />(2) I n each such Bond Year, the di fference between (i) the <br />Debt Service referred to in (1) above, and (ii) the Revenues referred to in <br />(1) above; <br /> <br />(3) That (i) such scheduled and estimated Revenues and any <br />other revenues, investment income or funds reasonably estimated by the Agency <br />to be available for the payment of such Debt Service referred to in (1) above <br />are in each such Bond Year in excess of such Debt Service for each such Bond <br />Year, and (ii) the remaining balance of such scheduled and estimated Revenues <br />and other revenues, investment income or other funds available to pay budgeted <br />or estimated Operating Expenses in each such Bond Year will be sufficient to <br />pay budgeted or estimated Operating Expenses for each such Bond Year, the <br />payment of which is not otherwise provided for; and, <br /> <br />(4) If applicable, a schedule of Permitted Investments <br />purchased or to be purchased by or on behalf of the Agency for investment of <br />moneys in the Debt Service Reserve Fund. <br /> <br />City means the City of Santa Ana, a nunicipal corporation duly <br />organized and existing under and' by virtue of the Constitution and laws of the <br />State of California, or any body, authority, agency or other entity which <br />shall hereafter succeed to the powers, duties and functions of the City. <br /> <br />Commitment Contract means the Commitment Contract (and Reservation <br />of Funds) by and among the Agency, the Trustee, the Qualified Mortgage Lender <br />and each developer of each Project whereby the Agency commits funds to <br />purchase and the developer and Qualified Mortgage Lender agree to provide <br />Mortgage Loans for purchase by the Trustee on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br />Condominium Project means the entire parcel of real property <br />divided, or to be divided, pursuant to Section 1350, et seq., of the Civil <br />Code of the State, into condominium Residences (as a condominium is defined in <br />Section 783 of the Civil Code of the State), including all structures thereon. <br /> <br />Costs of Issuance means items of expense payable or reimbursable <br />directly or indirectly by the Agency and related to the authorization, sale, <br />issuance and delivery of Bonds, which items of expense shall include but not <br />be limited to, printing costs, costs of reproducing and binding documents, <br />filing and recording fees, initial fees and charges of the Trustee and any <br />Paying Agents, Bond discounts, legal fees and charges, bond counsel fees, <br />special tax counsel fees, professional consultant's fees, costs of bond <br /> <br />4 <br />
