<br />,..... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />~ <br /> <br />-t <br /> <br />given the Trustee the irrevocabl~ instructi.ons to publ ish the notice required <br />by the preceding paragraph and, also, in form satisfactory to it, irrevocable <br />instructions to publish, as soon as practicable, at least twice, at an <br />interval of not less than seven (7) days between publications, in an <br />Authorized Newspaper, a notice to the Holders of such Bonds and coupons that <br />the deposit required by subsection A of this Section has been made and that <br />said Bonds and coupons are deemed to have been paid in accordance with <br />subsection A of this Section and stating such maturity or Redemption Date upon <br />which moneys are to be available for the payment of the principal of, <br />Redemption Price, if any, and interest on said Bonds, as the case may be. <br /> <br />. (D) Anything in this Resolution to the contrary notwithstanding, <br />but subject to the right of the Trustee to require the Agency to furnish an <br />approving opinion of counsel acceptable to the Trustee, any moneys held by the <br />Trustee or Paying Agents in trust for the payment and discharge of any of the <br />Bonds or coupons which remain unclaimed for four (4) years after the date when <br />such Bonds have become due and payable, either at their stated maturity dates <br />or by call for earlier redemption, if such moneys were held by the Trustee or <br />Paying Agents at such date, or for four (4) years after the date of deposit of <br />such moneys if deposited with the Trustee or Paying Agents after the said date <br />when such Bonds became due and payable, shall, at the written request of the <br />Agency, be repaid by the Trustee or Paying Agents to the Agency, free from <br />trust, and the Trustee or Paying Agents shall thereupon be released and <br />discharged with respect thereto and the Bondholders shall look only to the <br />Agency for the payment of such Bonds and coupons; provided, however, that <br />before being required to make any such payment to the Agency, the Trustee or <br />Paying Agent shall, at the expense of the Agency, cause to be published at <br />least twice, at an interval of not less than seven ~7) days between <br />publications, in an Authorized Newspaper, a notice that said moneys remain <br />unclaimed and that, after a date named in said notice, which date shall be not <br />less than thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of such <br />notice, the balance of such moneys then unclaimed will be returned to the <br />Agency. <br /> <br />68 <br />
