<br />1- <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />6/4/80 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-68 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A <br />COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY <br />AND SYLVIA JACKMAN, ET AL. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />1. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby <br />authorized to execute that certain agreement entitled <br />"Commercial Rehabil i tation Participation Agreement," form <br />dated 5/22/80 , between the Agency and Sylvia <br />Jackman, et al., coples of which are on file in the office <br />of the Executive Director of the Agency and to which <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
