<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />'I, /;J., <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />6/5/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-67 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT TO <br />DISPOSE OF INTERESTS IN REAL PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF <br />THIRD AND ROSS STREETS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Sana Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Chairman of the Agency is authorized <br />to execute that certain "Agreement to Dispose of Interests <br />in Real Property Located at the Northwest Corner of Third <br />and Ross Streets," form dated 6/5/80 , <br />between the Agency and the Santa Ana Athletlc Club, a copy <br />of which is on file in the office of the Executive Director <br />and to which reference is hereby made for full particulars. <br /> <br />. 2.
