<br />Except that portion of said lots granted to the City of Santa <br />Ana by a deed recorded December 5, 1975, in book 1l585, page <br />947 of Official Records. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: <br /> <br />That portion of Lots 2 and 3 in Block I of the Ross <br />Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in book 3, <br />page 534, Miscellaneous Records, in the Office of the County <br />Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point 94.00 feet West of the Northeast corner <br />of said Block I; thence West 50.00 feet along the North line <br />of said Block; thence South 125.00 feet to the South line of <br />said Lot 3; thence East 50.00 feet; thence North 125.00 feet <br />to the place of beginning, and being the West 6.00 feet of said <br />Lot 2 and the East 44.00 feet of said Lot 3. <br /> <br />PARCEL 3: <br /> <br />That portion of Lot 5 in Block I of the Ross Addition to <br />Santa Ana, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in book 3, page 534, <br />Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, more par- <br />ticularly described as follows: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 5 as shown on <br />said map; thence Westerly along the South line of said Lot 5 <br />to a line parallel with and distant 5.00 feet Westerly, measured <br />at right angles from the East line of said Lot 5; thence North- <br />erly along said parallel line a distance 86.02 feet to the be- <br />ginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly having a radius <br />of 25 feet; thence Northeasterly along the arc of s8id curve <br />a distance 16.08 feet through a central angle of 36 52'11" to <br />its intersection with the East line of said Lot 5; thence <br />Southerly along said East line a distance lOl.02 feet, to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br />3. The public interest and necessity require the <br />proposed project. <br /> <br />4. The proposed project is planned and located in <br />the manner that will be most compatible with the greatest <br />public good and the least private injury. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5. The property described herein is necessary for <br />the proposed project. <br /> <br />6. The Legal Counsel of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby directed to bring <br />action in the Superior Court of the State of California in <br />the name of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Santa Ana, to acquire by eminent domain proceedings, the <br />fee simple estate in said real property for the aforesaid <br />purposes.
