PUBLIC HEARING - APPEAL NO. 457 The Mayor announced that this <br />EX 81-28 - 5110 WESTMINSTER AVE. was the time and place for the <br />CA INSTRUCTED public hearing of Appeal Appli- <br /> cation No. 457, filed by Huong <br />Ngo, appealing the Zoning Administrator's denial of Minor Exception No. <br />81-28 to allow off-sale beer and wine in a market (A Chau Family Food <br />Market) within a retail center at 5110 Westminster Avenue in the C2 Dis- <br />trict. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter.
