By unanimous informal consent, the Council agreed not to begin consider- ation of any Council agenda items after 11:30 p.m. MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Markel, to permanently move back the starting time of the Council meeting to 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon in order to devote an extra hour to work-study sessions.
