<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />EJC:adg <br />3/12/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-38 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE A <br />GRANT DEED TO ORANGE COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana and Orange County <br />Transit District entered into that certain agreement dated <br />May 24,1977, as amended by Amendment No.1, dated November <br />7,1977, and Amendment No.2, dated November 5,1979, <br />hereinafter referred to as "said agreement as amended, n to <br />provide for the construction and operation of a park-and- <br />Ride facility adjacent to the Santa Ana Transit Terminal in <br />the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 7 of said agreement <br />as amended, the City of Santa Ana assigned all its rights, <br />powers and interest in said agreement as amended to the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana, acting pursuant to said assignment, has <br />acquired title to certain real prpperty as described in said <br />agreement as amended and now desires to convey title to said <br />real property to Orange County Transit District in partial <br />performance of said agreement as amended. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />That the chairman and executive director of said <br />Agency are hereby authorized to execute and deliver, on <br />behalf of the Agency, a grant deed in favor of the Orange <br />County Transit District to the real property described in <br />said agreement as amended, a copy of which grant deed is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 17th day of <br />1980, by the following vote: <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Bricken, Luxembourger, Yamamoto <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Markel <br /> <br />ABSENT: MEMBERS: Griset, jWar~ { <br />ABSTAINED: MEMBERS: Serrato ~ <br /> <br />CHAIRMAN <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />R~ <br /> <br />Execut~ve Direc or/ <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />¡;¡Ç(ç; <br /> <br /> <br />Agency Legal Counsel <br /> <br />tfo <br /> <br />6F <br />
