FOR HOUSING ABSORPTION STUDY THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 26th day of February ,1980, by and between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, a public body, corporate and politic, hereinafter referred to as "Agency," and Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., a California corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," WIT N E SSE T H ---------- Recitals: 1. Agency and Contractor entered into an agree- ment on or about February 20, 1979, hereinafter referred to as "said agreement," for consulting services relating to a housing absorPtion study in anticipation of a certain sale of bonds, and to render certain technical advice, assistance and services in connection with said study. 2. The parties desire to amend said agreement to - increase the total compensation payable thereunder from the total sum of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000) to the total sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500), in order to provide compensation to Contractor for services rendered from and after the date hereof. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the respective and mutual covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all the terms and conditions hereof, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: I.
