<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EJC:adg <br />2/7/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-28 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN EXCLUSIVE <br />NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY <br />AND FEDERATED DEPARTMENT STORES, INC. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Chairman of the Agency is hereby <br />authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency, that certain <br />"Exclusive Negotiation Agreement, II form dated 2/4/80, <br />between the Agency and Federated Department Stores, Inc., a <br />copy of which is on file in the office of the Executive <br />Director of Agency and to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for full particulars. <br /> <br />2.
