<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EJC:adg <br />1/31/80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-16 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA FROM THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by action of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana, on November 21,1977, Assessor Parcel No. 005- <br />14-33 was declared as surplus real property owned by the <br />City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by action of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana, on November 19,1979, Assessor Parcel No. 008- <br />052-23 was declared as surplus real property owned by the <br />City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />Whereas, in accordance with Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code S 2-709, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />authorized sale of said surplus real property to the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana for <br />redevelopment purposes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />The Chairman of said Agency is hereby authorized, <br />on behalf of the Agency, to execute any and all documents <br />required to purchase the following real property from the <br />City of Santa Ana for the hereinbelow purchase prices, <br />payment of which is hereby authorized: <br /> <br />Assessors Parcel No. <br /> <br />PURCHASE PRICE <br /> <br />008-052-23 <br />005-141-33 <br /> <br />$60,000.00 <br />$21,000.00 <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 19th day of <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />February <br /> <br />, 1980, by <br /> <br />AYES: MEMBERS: Br icken, Griset, Luxembourger, Markel, <br /> Serrato, Ward, Yamamoto <br />NOES: MEMBERS: None <br />ABSENT: MEMBERS: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br />RttHARD E.
