MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />October 26, 1981 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 1:08 p.m. by Mayor Bricken in Room 147, <br />Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Councilmembers present were <br />Daniel E. Griset, J. Ogden Markel, Patricia A. McGuigan, and Mayor Gordon <br />Bricken. Also present were City Manager A. J. Wilson, City Attorney <br />Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy, as well as the <br />City Manager's administrative staff. Councilmembers John Acosta and <br />Alfred C. Serrato were absent. <br /> <br />CITY'S GOALS & OBJECTIVES The Mayor explained that the <br />WORK STUDY SESSION two-year plan being presented <br /> was based on Councilmembers' <br /> suggestions which had been ar- <br />ticulated over the period of the last year.
