NOS. 81-175, 81-176, & <br />81-177 - ADOPTED <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that this <br />was the time and place for the <br />public hearing of the water rate <br />increases for 1981-82. <br /> <br />The City Manager reviewed the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br />There were no speakers on the matter.
